Once you’ve successfully subscribed to Birdie’s mobile service, you don’t need to contact your current operator because we will work with them to settle everything else for you. Your mobile number will be carried over to Birdie on your chosen date.
Always remember to keep your number active throughout the transfer process. You don’t need to - and should not - ask your current operator to terminate your number’s service.
Monthly plan subscribers:Ensure you’re the number’s registered holder and your contract with the current operator has ended or is almost over (if you want to change the registered holder of your number, please see FAQ#12 under “Transfer My Number to Birdie”)
Prepaid SIM users:Ensure your prepaid SIM is active with a balance of at least HK$1.

Terms and conditions
1 “HK$50/59GB” refers to the 600MB 42Mbps data included in the HK$50 monthly plan of the 2nd SIM, plus the 59GB transferred by using Data P2P from the 1st SIM in the first 6 months after subscription.
2 “99 times more data” is derived by comparing the original 600MB of the HK$50 Monthly Plan and the 59.6GB after receiving 59GB data transferred each month from the 1st SIM in the first 6 months after subscription.
3 The rate of “HK$150/month on average” is calculated using an average of the monthly fees of HK$250 unlimited data monthly plan and HK$50 Monthly Plan.
4 “59GB of shareable data” refers to the 30GB 42Mbps data included in the HK$250 unlimited data monthly plan, plus the 30GB bonus data received upon the use of the latest promo code, minus the 1GB data reserve unavailable for Data P2P.
▴ The plan consists of 30GB of 4G 42Mbps local data per month and unlimited thereafter local data usage up to 21Mbps.
