Actual customer Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise.

* Each call’s duration is rounded up to full minutes for computation and charging purposes. Both incoming and outgoing calls are counted. Extra local voice calls are charged HK$0.3 per minute.
^ You can also top up extra 4.5G 42Mbps local mobile data at HK$20/1GB, HK $50/5GB or HK $100/10GB for that billing month.
## Free Zoom/ Teams data: Applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps (Zoom and Teams) on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, The “Unlimited Data for Zoom/ Teams” service will also be suspended until next bill month. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the “Unlimited Data for Zoom/ Teams” service continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.
+ A 3-month pre-payment is required for monthly plans of HK$50/HK$70 monthly fee. 1-3 month’s fee will be automatically deducted from the pre-payment.
~ Data services continue thereafter, with upload and download speed for data access at up to 128kbps. You can also top up extra 4.5G 42Mbps local mobile data at $20/1GB, $50/5GB or $100/10GB) for that billing month.
