Terms and conditions of “Birdie Prepayment Offer”

1. The offer for Birdie Mobile’s monthly plan provided by Birdie Mobile Limited is applicable to the new subscription of the specified monthly plans with designated promotion code “PREPAYBB” during the promotion period.
2. The promotion period is valid until 31 August 2026 (last date inclusive). Limited quota, first come first served.
3. If switching to a higher-value monthly plan after registration, additional data, monthly fee deductions, and roaming daily fees will be calculated based on the plan selected at registration.
4. If customer terminates Birdie services in any form during the rebate period (including but not limited to porting out and service termination due to overdue payment), the rebate will be immediately discontinued. All unissued, issued, and unused rebates, additional data, and roaming data will not be refunded, and any prepaid fees will be forfeited.
5. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision relating to the Offers and any dispute thereof and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Actual customer Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise.
- Each call’s duration is rounded up to full minutes for computation and charging purposes. Both incoming and outgoing calls are counted. Extra local voice calls are charged HK$0.3 per minute.
- You can also top up extra 4.5G 42Mbps / 700Mbps ( data speed depends on the plan selected) local mobile data at HK$20/1GB, HK $50/5GB or HK $100/10GB for that billing month.
- Free Zoom/ Teams data: Applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps (Zoom and Teams) on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, The “Unlimited Data for Zoom/ Teams” service will also be suspended until next bill month. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the “Unlimited Data for Zoom/ Teams” service continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.
