You can choose to receive the SIM card via local surface mail, or pick up at Circle K when you subscribe to our service. After receiving the SIM card, please log in to your Birdie account in the Birdie Mobile App and “Activate the SIM card”.
For eSIM, you’ll receive our email with the QR code.
