Terms and conditions of “Full Speed Upgrade and Free Trial Port-in Offer for Selected Customers”
Quotas of the Offer are limited in availability and allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Details: TC-T72
1 Applicable to both porting subscription and new number subscription. The offer is valid from now till 30 November 2024 (both dates inclusive). Code redemption after quotas are used up or the expiry date of 30 November 2024 will not be accepted. The extra bonus data will be released to the eligible customer’s “Gift Box” of Birdie Mobile App and the travel day pass will be added to the balance of “Day Passes” in Birdie Mobile App within seven working days upon every monthly successful payment.
2. The Offer is based on the monthly plan initially chosen at the time of subscription.
3 Each customer can only enjoy the first month free trial offer once. Repeated use of the offer by the same customer (as determined by the customer’s HKID/ passport number) will not be accepted.
4 Customers shall be entitled to the offer upon successful subscription of a designated promotion code (FREECLS) under the specified monthly plans and payment by autopay continuously with the applicable Credit Card. If the autopay is disabled during the subscription period, all monthly fee and data offers afterwards will be cancelled.

* Each call’s duration is rounded up to full minutes for computation and charging purposes. Both incoming and outgoing calls are counted. Extra local voice calls are charged HK$0.3 per minute.
^ You can also top up extra 4.5G 42Mbps / 700Mbps ( data speed depends on the plan selected) local mobile data at HK$20/1GB, HK $50/5GB or HK $100/10GB for that billing month.
## Free Zoom/ Teams data: Applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps (Zoom and Teams) on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, The “Unlimited Data for Zoom/ Teams” service will also be suspended until next bill month. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the “Unlimited Data for Zoom/ Teams” service continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.
+ A 3-month pre-payment is required for monthly plans of HK$50/HK$70 monthly fee. First month’s fee will be automatically deducted from the pre-payment. You will be receiving two $50/$70 monthly fee coupons for your future payment within one day after service activation.
~ Data services continue thereafter, with upload and download speed for data access at up to 128kbps. You can also top up extra 4.5G 42Mbps local mobile data at HK$20/1GB, HK $50/5GB or HK $100/10GB for that billing month.

Once you’ve successfully subscribed to Birdie’s mobile service, you don’t need to contact your current operator because we will work with them to settle everything else for you. Your mobile number will be carried over to Birdie on your chosen date.




Always remember to keep your number active throughout the transfer process. You don’t need to - and should not - ask your current operator to terminate your number’s service.




Monthly plan subscribers:Ensure you’re the number’s registered holder and your contract with the current operator has ended or is almost over (if you want to change the registered holder of your number, please see FAQ#12 under “Transfer My Number to Birdie”)

Prepaid SIM users:Ensure your prepaid SIM is active with a balance of at least HK$1.

All promo codes or referral codes must be input during the subscription. There is no subsequent arrangement.



Within 7 working days after successfully activated the service and paid the first bill, the extra data reward will be added to your "Gift Box". You can redeem it before the expiry date.



You can login to Birdie Mobile App and check it in “Gift Box”.
